How It Works
- • Time entries are grouped by project and week (Sunday-Saturday)
- • Only billable, revenue-ready entries that haven't been generated yet are included
- • Revenue = Billable hours × Billable rate (from allocations or client defaults)
- • Labor Cost = All hours × Pay rate (from resource allocations)
- • Gross Margin = Revenue − Labor Cost
- • Existing revenues are automatically updated when time entries change
